Reservation policy

Reservation status is confirmed upon receipt of deposit (20% of the total sum – non-refundable). The outstanding total is paid upon arrival.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Check-in: 14:00 - Check-out: 12:00
• The swimming pool operates from April until November, depending on weather conditions.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded. 
Final payment: In case of cancellation until 45 days in advance, there is no extra charge. Cancellation or changes later than this are charged with 50% of the total sum. .
In case of non-show, the total sum will be charged.

Note

Rates include extra costs (electricity, water, air-conditioning, full maintenance service, cleaning and bed linen and towel change twice per week).
